Mildura
Welcome to Tropical North Victoria
This is Victoria, just not the version you’re used to. Way up in the north west corner – where three states shake hands – Mildura, the capital of Tropical North Victoria, turns the dial up on sunshine, space and good times. Life here runs to river hours, not city minutes, with the Murray setting the pace and big skies doing the talking. Days are made for getting out on the water, kicking up dust, teeing off and eating well, while nights lean into long dinners, loud engines and sunsets that feel earned. It’s warmer, bolder and more laid back than expected – a place that doesn’t try too hard, because it doesn’t need to.
