Red Cliffs

A town with big stories

Set just off the Calder Highway, Red Cliffs is a vibrant country town that’s hard to miss – especially in spring, when jacarandas line the streets in bursts of purple. Named for the striking red cliffs that rise above the Murray River, it’s a place shaped by history, community and the land itself. Today, Red Cliffs blends its proud agricultural roots with a relaxed, welcoming energy, where big stories, riverside landscapes and local flavour come together.
